We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe as severe weather continues to affect the Central Texas area.

Beginning Thursday, July 10, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT, members of our National Catastrophe Response Team will be onsite to answer any specific claims questions about any of our products at the following locations:

Of course, we’re always ready to help, 24/7, with any customer claims virtually, and please also note that you can report a Personal Auto, Recreational Lines, or Commercial Auto claim on a customer’s behalf through FAO—simply access their policy, select “Claims”, and then select “Report a claim for the insured” in the lower right of the page to get started.

If you or members of your agency need help, please contact your sales rep and be sure to visit the Bobby Salmon Big "I" Relief Fund, which may be able to provide financial relief to insurance industry personnel affected by catastrophic events.
