Superman Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTRATED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH WARNER BROS.Please read these rules before entering the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these rules and represent that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on July 9, 2025, at or about 12:00 AM ET and ends July 24, 2025, at or about 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”), followed by a selection period (the “Selection Period”) which begins on July 25, 2025 at or about 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 7, 2025, at or about 11:59 PM ET. The Entry Period and Selection Period are collectively the “Sweepstakes Period.” The Sponsor’s computer is the Sweepstakes official clock. Progressive is not responsible for late or incomplete entries.
2. Eligibility: Open to individual producers employed by authorized Progressive independent agencies, as identified by a 5-digit agency code, selected by Progressive for participation in all states except California, Florida, and New York. For a Producer to be eligible to receive a Prize, the Producer, and the Agency where they work must remain active and in good standing through the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Brokers and National Accounts, and Producers working with any of them, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliates, and the advertising, promotion, and other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. No purchase necessary. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification, contact information (including an e-mail address), and eligibility as required by Sponsor.

To receive one (1) entry to our Superman Prize Pack drawing, register and attend the Summer Series Webinar: Servicing on July 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
To receive one (1) entry to our Superman Movie Ticket drawing register and attend both the Summer Series Webinar: Selling on July 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET and Summer Series Webinar: Servicing on July 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
Alternate method of entry: To receive one (1) entry to our Superman T-Shirt Bundle drawing and one (1) entry to our Superman Prize Pack drawing, and one (1) entry to our Superman Fandango Movie Ticket drawing, send one email to agent_events@progressive.com with your first and last name, agency name, agency code, phone number, email address and mailing address. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant hereby agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. If an entrant enters from his/her wireless phone, the entrant’s wireless service provider may charge the entrant. Entrants should consult their wireless-service providers regarding their pricing plans. Message and data rates may apply.
Entry Requirements: All Sweepstakes Entries must comply with the following restrictions:
1. Sweepstakes Entry must be in English, except for commonly understood foreign words; andBy submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Sweepstakes Entry to be publicly posted, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Submitting a Sweepstakes Entry entrant grants Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use and display the Sweepstakes Entry in whole or in part, for promotional or marketing purposes. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries – all of which will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or Sweepstakes Entry in its sole and absolute discretion.
2. Sweepstakes Entries must not include any personally identifiable information that is not required for entry into the Sweepstakes (full name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) or customer information (such as claim/policy number, policy details, specific interactions).
No entrant will be eligible to receive a prize unless Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such entrant’s Sweepstakes Entry has been or can be sufficiently cleared for legal purposes and such entrant eligibility is verified. Each person who enters this Sweepstakes represents and warrants as follows: (i) the Sweepstakes Entry does not contain any computer virus (as applicable) and is otherwise uncorrupted; and (ii) the Sweepstakes Entry does not and will not violate any applicable laws. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder.
5. Selection of Winners
During the Selection Period, software or other technology solution will be used to determine:
The Superman T-Shirt Bundle winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries by Progressive on August 7, 2025. Progressive will select up to seventy (70) winners by random drawing at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from the qualifying producers.
The Superman Prize Pack winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries by Progressive on August 7, 2025. Progressive will select up to two hundred fifty (250) winners by random drawing at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from the qualifying producers.
The Fandango Movie Ticket winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries by Progressive on August 7, 2025. Progressive will select up to forty (40) winners by random drawing at the end of the sweepstakes Period from the qualifying producers.
Sponsor reserves the right to not award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. All winners are each considered a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Selections by the Sponsor are final and binding.
Odds of winning a prize drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A Producer’s odds of winning will increase based on the number of eligible entries submitted.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
During the Selection Period, software or other technology solution will be used to determine:
Up to seventy (70) Superman T-Shirt Bundle prizes in total will be awarded based on at least seventy (70) qualifying entries being received during the Sweepstakes Period. Individual Prizes will consist of the following: one (1) Progressive T-Shirt Bundle valued at $270 for winning Producers.
Up to two hundred fifty (250) Superman Prize Pack prizes in total will be awarded based on at least two hundred fifty (250) qualifying entries being received during the sweepstakes Period. Individual Prizes will consist of the following: one (1) Superman Prize Packs valued at $28 for winning Producers.
Up to forty (40) Fandango movie ticket prizes in total will be awarded based on at least forty (40) qualifying entries being received during the Sweepstakes Period. Individual Prizes will consist of the following: two (2) Fandango Promotion Codes good towards the purchase of one movie ticket (up to $15 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see Superman at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S.
Prizes, or any portion thereof, are not transferable. Each prize winner may be issued a 1099. Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of each prize winner. Progressive reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Odds of Winning Notification
Odds of winning a prize drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A Producer’s odds of winning will increase based on the number of eligible entries he/she earns.
Prize drawing winners will be contacted following the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts have been made, fails to respond to notification within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Rules, that winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen via random drawing by Progressive.
Prize Winner Notification
Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age and eligibility. Potential winners will be notified by email on or about August 7, 2025, and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within seven (7) days of notification or prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winners must reasonably cooperate with Sponsor and provide any sweepstakes-related documentation within two (2) business days of any request to do so, or prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may also result in forfeiture of prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified, or a prize is forfeited for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor, Warner Bros., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries or email notifications; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; or unauthorized human intervention; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information; or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing or selection of Entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any website users, tampering or hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any sweepstakes-related website or social media platform. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting or using a Prize. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism or device, for any entries in excess of the stated limit or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified.
If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and/or aspects of the sweepstakes, including but not limited to: the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including but not limited to the selection of the winners from among eligible Entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winners. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on Progressive’s ForAgentsOnly.com (FAO) page.
By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the sweepstakes, including but not limited to any sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s registration, participation or inability to participate in the sweepstakes, (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights, (c) typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any sweepstakes materials, (d) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof), (e) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to: by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules, (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the sweepstakes, (g) human error, (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of any registration (including but not limited to the registration information or any parts thereof), (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the website or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant, (j) interruption or inability to access the sweepstakes, any sweepstakes-related websites or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (k) any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the sweepstakes and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the sweepstakes, (l) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (m) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged entries, (n) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, (o) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof) or (p) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this sweepstakes, including but not limited to the Prize components, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
By participating, Agencies and Producers agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Progressive, which shall be final in all respects, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules; (b) to the use of their names, voices and/or likeness on ForAgentsOnly.com or for advertising and publicity purposes, all without compensation; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Progressive, its affiliated companies, agents, parents, subsidiaries, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any sweepstakes payment. Progressive reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, reschedule, suspend or otherwise modify this sweepstakes without notice for any reason (including, without limitation, if viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Progressive, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the sweepstakes).
ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZE AND MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. PROGRESSIVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S).
Privacy Policy: Sweepstakes information will be used by Sponsor as they deem necessary or desirable for the administration, fulfillment, publicizing and promotion of this sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules or as otherwise expressly consented to by an entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided to entrant. If an entrant does not fully agree to the terms of this privacy policy, such entrant should not enter this sweepstakes.
General: Any attempted form of participation in this sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered or suspected in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion that an entrant has registered or attempted to enter the sweepstakes in excess of the stated limits using multiple social media accounts, multiple identities, proxy servers or like methods, all of that entrant’s Entries will be declared null and void, and that entrant will be ineligible to win a Prize. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning sweepstakes Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the handle used to submit such sweepstakes Entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address associated with the social media handle used to enter the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void all associated Entries) found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and result in the disqualification of the individual utilizing such.
CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All registrations and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any sweepstakes details contained n these Official Rules and sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
