PROGRESSIVE’S ROAD TRIP ACROSS AMERICA SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Please read these rules before entering the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these rules and represent that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes entry period begins on January 1, 2025, at or about 12:00 AM ET and ends December 21, 2025, at or about 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”), followed by a selection period (the “Selection Period”) which begins on January 1, 2026, at or about 12:00 AM ET and ends on January 15, 2026 at or about 11:59 PM ET. The Entry Period and Selection Period are collectively the “Sweepstakes Period.” The Sponsor’s computer is the Sweepstakes official clock. Progressive is not responsible for late or incomplete entries.

2. Eligibility: Open to individual producers employed by authorized Progressive independent agencies, as identified by a 5-digit agency code, selected by Progressive for participation in all states except California. For a Producer to be eligible to receive a payout, the Producer, and the Agency where they work must remain active and in good standing through the end of the Selection Period. Brokers and National Accounts, and Producers working with any of them, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliates, and the advertising, promotion, and other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. No purchase necessary.

3. Sponsor: Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, 300 North Commons Blvd, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.

4. How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry to Progressive’s Road Trip Across America drawing, complete and submit all twelve (12) monthly trivia forms. Alternate method of entry: To receive one (1) entry to Progressive’s Road Trip Across America drawing, send an email to reclinescontests@progressive.com with your first and last name, agency name, agency code, phone number, email address and mailing address.

5. Selection of Winners: During the Selection Period, software or other technology solution will be used to determine up to one hundred (100) Progressive’s Road Trip Across America winners at random from all eligible Entries.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to ninety-nine (99) Progressive’s Road Trip Across America Prize Pack prizes will be awarded. Each Prize Pack will contain Progressive branded merchandise and is valued at $50. The total ARV for the Prize Packs is $4,950.

7. How to Claim a Prize: Potential winners will be notified by email on or about January 16, 2026. The potential winner must respond to the email winner notification within twenty-four (24) hours or may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified.

8. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sponsor, Progressive, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries or email notifications; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability.

9. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO.

10. Privacy Policy: Sweepstakes information will be used by Sponsor as they deem necessary or desirable for the administration, fulfillment, publicizing and promotion of this Sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules or as otherwise expressly consented to by an entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided to entrant.

11. Publicity Rights: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, each entrant agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, social media name and/or handle, biographical information, photos and/or likeness and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

12. General: Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered or suspected in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion that an entrant has registered or attempted to enter the Sweepstakes in excess of the stated limits using multiple social media accounts, multiple identities, proxy servers or like methods, all of that entrant’s Entries will be declared null and void, and that entrant will be ineligible to win a Prize.
